We hang the fruit on the vine until the seeds are brown and nutty
tasting. This elimanates that green, herbal finish which can be a
characteristic of the Cabernet franc grape.

Eagle Eye Meritage Estate 2009
Eagle Eye Meritage Estate Reserve 2009 has a deep violet color with
beautiful aromas of blackberry, dark cherry, raspberry with earthy
spice. The mouthfeel is soft and powerful with silky tannins and bright
fruit.

Our Petit Verdot, made from 100% Petit Verdot grapes, is grown on the
northern front portion of our vineyard. The sandy loam soil gives the
grapes a unique characteristic that is reflected in this rare wine. Pair
