Description
The grapes are driedunder controlles conditions for 3 months until theylose up to 40% of their weight. After crushing, a longslow fermentation takes place in stainless steel vats.Part of the wine is refined for 27 months in 225 literoak barrels.The wine is then aged in large oak vatsfor around two years.
